Compatibility

Vitadio is available via web (health professionals only) or mobile app. A device with internet access (computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet) is required to use this software. To create a user account, each user must have a personal email address and phone number.

Android

Latest release: 1.6.42

The mobile app is compatible with Android 10 and later.

The application has been successfully tested on the following commercially available devices:

  • Samsung: GALAXY A5 and later, GALAXY A50 and later, GALAXY J5 and later, GALAXY S10 and later
  • Google: Pixel 3 and later
  • Xiaomi: MI 10 and later, Xiaomi Redmi 9 and later, Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 and later
  • POCO: F3 and later, X4 and later
  • OnePlus: Nord2 and later
  • Motorola: Edge30 and later, G23 and later
  • Sony: Sony Xperia XZ1

Other: Huawei P10 Lite, Doogee BL12000, Lenovo Vibe P1ma40

However, this list is constantly growing. All other devices that meet the requirements listed below should also not experience any problems.

  • At least 4 GB RAM.
  • At least 512 MB free storage.
  • Pre-installed Google Play and Google Play Store directly from the manufacturer (the app may not work properly on some Huawei and Honor models due to this shortcoming).

Apple / iOS

Latest release: 1.6.48

The mobile app is compatible with Apple mobile devices running iOS 16 or later.

The application has been successfully tested on the following commercially available devices:

and the following versions of mobile web browsers:

  • Chrome (Android, version 83 and later)
  • Safari (iOS, version 13.0 and later)

Note: Web browsers must have javascript enabled by default.
